Children’s Film Fest: 21 children’s films to be screened in Nizamabad

READY FOR SCREENING: Navya Theatre decked up for Children’s Film Festival in Suryapet.

Suryapet: As part of the International Children’s Film Festival, 21 children’s movies would be screened at Navya Theatre from November 8 to 14 in Suryapet town.

On November 8, Chiryalu (Hindi) would be screened at 10 am and Baaja (Hindi) would be screened at 12 pm. Poorna (Telugu), which is based on Malavath Poorna, a student from Telangana who climbed Mt. Everest, would be screened at 2 pm on the same day.

On the second day (November 9), Shaanu-The Optimist (Telugu) will be screened at 10 am while Amulyam (Telugu), would be screened at 12 pm. Similarly, a Telugu movie Chanduvukovali, will be screened at 3 pm on the same day.

On November 10, Lukka Chuppi (Hindi) would be screened at 12 noon while a Adhitya (Telugu), would be screened at 2 pm. On November 11, Tsunami (Hindi) will be screened at 12 noon and Purna (Telugu) would be screened at 2 pm. On November 12, Mayajala Coat (Telugu) would be screened at 10 am while Neel Parvath Ke Paar (Hindi) would be screened at 12 pm. Appu-The Crazy Boy (Telugu) would be screened at 2 pm.

On November 14, Lukka Chuppi would again be screened at 10 am while a Neel Parvath Ke Paar will be shown at 12 pm.

Nizamabad: The 20th International Children’s Film Festivals would be held from November 8 to 14 here and various international and national films would be screened for children at Natraj Theatre in Nizamabad and Priya Deluxe Theatre in Kamareddy.

Information and Public Relations deputy director Mohammed Murthuja said that the government is conducting the film festival to create awareness among students about various national and international issues through films and will screen Hindi and Telugu films, three shows at Natraj and Priya Deluxe theatres each.

The films that would be screened are: Khabi Pass Kabhi Fail, Krish Trish-Balti Boy, Happy Mother’s Day, Heda Hoda, Karamati Coat, Amulyam, Ek Ajooba, Poorna, Pappu ki Pugdandi, Pinti ka Sabun, Chaduvukovali, Shannu- The Optimist, Bandu Boxer, Aditya, Chota Sipahi, Chutkan Ki Mahabharat, Choo Lenga Aakash, Ek Tha Bhujang, Foto, Guru, The Crazy Boy, Sixer and Halo.
