153 Gulf migrants reach home with former MP Kavitha’s help

Nizamabad: Nearly 153 Gulf migrant workers belong to Nizamabad, Kamareddy and Jagtial districts arrived at their native places from Bahrain, with the efforts of Nizamabad former MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Sunday. The former MP arranged four busses to them to reach their native places from Hyderabad.

Migrant laboorers of north Telangana district were suffering at Bahrain and appealed Nizamabad former MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha help them to send back homes in June last week through Telangana Jagruthi. On the appeal of migrant labourers Telangana Jagruthi representatives approached Indian club members at Bahrain and arranged separate flights for them, through this flight bring 195 migrants to Hyderabad, belonging to Telangana districts on 26th June and arranged free quarantine.

On Sunday 153 members completed a weeklong quarantine and sent these 153 members to their native places through busses arranged by former MP Kavitha. Among these 153 members 43 members belong to Armoor, 35 from Kamareddy, 31 belong to Jagityal and 44 from Nizamabad.

They started from NTR stadium in Hyderabad, where Telangana Jagruthi general secretary Naveena Chary, Jagruthi Gulf wing president Chellamshetti Hariprasad provided masks and sanitizers. At the occasion, migrant labourers expressed gratitude to former MP Kavitha for taking care to bring them from Bahrain, provide free quarantine and arrange special busses to go to their native places.
