As digital classes commenced in Telangana through various digital- television-satellite platforms, students from rural areas and particularly from farflung thandas are still not equipped with proper mobile gadgets and televisions sets to avail the facility.
Seeing the plight of the students in thandas located in Kulkacharla mandal in Vikarabad district, TRS MP G Ranjith Reddy arranged 25 LED screens along with DTH connection in the mandal. Hailing the MP’s gesture towards helping backward and poor students, popular artist Srinivas Nayak presented him with a portrait as a thanksgiving gesture.
