India’s biggest Auto Expo to kickstart from Feb 9 in Noida

Hyderabad: Automobile industry body Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) along with Automotive Component Manufacturers Association and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) is organising India’s biggest Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2018 at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 9 to 14. The expo other than having a static display of motor vehicles will focus on entire mobility for the system with the theme co-create, co-exist and celebrate. Other than the scores of Indian as well as international automobile companies, the expo will showcase 15 to 20 technology companies.

Speaking at the curtain raiser of the expo in Hyderabad, Sugato Sen, deputy director general, SIAM said, “The expo will see at least 20-25 new product launches happen before the official inauguration of the expo. Other than this, it will have 1,200 exhibitors from 20 countries participating along with new companies like Kia Motors and India Kawasaki Motors showcasing their products for the first time.”

The expo will have multiple zones to provide visitors with a holistic experience of the industry that includes – Automotive Innovation, heritage, and supercars display called Exotica, Motorsports to display rally vehicles, Auto Gaming Arena, Future Mobility Experience, zone on 70 years of automobile industry in India, anti-counterfeiting, application vehicles like Milk Van, Army Trucks will be displayed.
