Warangal Urban: Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and ‘financial fraudster’ Lagadapati Rajagopal were trying to mislead voters in Telangana through fake surveys and cautioned people to be wary of that.
Addressing a press conference at the TRS urban party office in Hanamkonda on Wednesday, Kadiam urged people to vote for the TRS, which had fought for the separate State and is working for the development of the State.
Kadiam said: “Telangana is achieving a tremendous development. It will register the annual revenue growth of 19 per cent,” he said and stressed the need to bring back the TRS to power. He also alleged that Naidu was trying to influence the voters of the State by managing some media organisations and also distributing crores of rupees to Kutami candidates.
“If you are not aware of anti-Telangana forces, you (Telangana people) will suffer a lot,” he said and urged the voters to teach a lesson to the rowdies, gundas and those who were distributing the money by voting the TRS. He also said the Election Commission should take action against those who were releasing the surveys ahead of the polling.
