Hyderabad: To assist the students to prepare well for entrance based admission tests, the Centre for Educational Development of Minorities (CEDM) is now preparing to start online classes.
The decision was taken after students sought online classes in view of TS EAMCET 2020, NEET 2020 and ICET 2020 scheduled in July. “Usually we conduct offline classes at different centres across the State starting February every year. Due to Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, the classes were not conducted and we are now preparing to start online classes,” said Professor S A Shukhoor, Director, CEDM.
The CEDM will initially start online coaching classes for students appearing for TS EAMCET and NEET. “We are in talks with the Board of Intermediate Education regarding online material for EAMCET and NEET test. Students will be informed and given an ID and password to log into the online classrooms,” he said.
Around 2,000 students are likely to benefit through the online class being planned to start from June 10. Material for ICET and other admission tests is also being prepared. “The material for ICET, EdCET and DiCET will be ready in the next few days and we hope to start classes by mid-June,” he said.
