Cong will fulfil promises made in Reorganisation Act: Uttam

Suryapet: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Sunday said his party would strive for the implementation of all the promises made to the State under the AP Reorganisation Act.

Addressing party leaders at Damaracharla in the district, Uttam said the Congress would implement promises, including Kazipet rail coach factory, Bayyaram steel factory and tribal university. In addition, the proposal for setting up the Information Technology Investment Region (ITRT), which was set aside, would be revived if the Congress comes to power, he said, adding that the party would also provide employment to thousands of youth in the State and also reservation to Muslims and tribal in the State in proportion to their population.
