Karimnagar: BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar opined that comprehensive development of the State was possible only when villages were developed on par with towns. The Minister distributed tractors to gram panchayats in a programme held in Mandal Praja Parishad office here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Kamalakar said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has a strong desire to make villages self-reliant.
