ONGO Framework works with different sectors; plans to raise Rs 33 crore in 2018

Hyderabad: Enterprise mobility tools which include mobile application, website designing, digital workflow, customer management solutions and host of other digitally-enabled solutions is an upward task for many. And it is more difficult if these solutions have to be customised.

In order to make this process smooth and to decrease workload on enterprises, husband-wife duo Rama Kuppa and Anasuya Akilla started CreativeXperts Consulting in 2009.

After working for almost 10 years in the corporate field, Kuppa realised that many companies were struggling to bring full automation into their enterprises and that is how the idea of ONGO Framework came into being – the product run under the brand CreativeXperts Consulting.

“I spent almost four years in product development process, we commercially launched in the product in 2015. We specialised in providing Artificial Intelligence-enabled mobile-first solution across all sectors. We have been able to pass on the benefit of reduced time of development and cost to businesses,” Kuppa told Telangana Today.

ONGO develops customised solution based on the requirements given by the business. In addition, it has a basic framework in place for many sectors and has worked on 10,300 categories so far. In the last two years of its operations, the company has built more than 1,000 digital applications for different enterprises.

ONGO Framework has developed a smart framework where SME’s can develop and deploy apps within 15 minutes. Through this, enterprises can integrate different functionality into the app that to offer their customers a seamless experience.

The Hyderabad-based startup has had an overall investment of 1.5 million dollars – both bootstrapped and external funding. It plans to raise Rs 33 crore (about $5 million) by end of 2018. The 84-people company is present in India and US and is targeting to increase its presence in Dubai and Western Europe.

In the Middle-East the company works in partnership with one of Alibaba’s arm and three more, while in US and India it has one and three partners respectively.

ONGO generates and publishes multiple applications everyday with the help of its six channel partners. “We want to get more channel partners on-board to be able to penetrate into Tier-2 and 3 cities,” Kuppa said.

ONGO has been awarded with like Hottest enterprise startup 2016, Most promising growth stage startup, Top 15 winners of IBM smart camp 2015 and Best Enterprise Mobility Framework award at Middle East Asia Leadership Summit.
