Fire guts plastic warehouse in Hyderabad

It took nearly three hours to complete the fire operation and no casualties were reported.

Hyderabad: A fire broke out in a plastic warehouse in Tata Nagar under the Rajendranagar police station limits here in the wee hours of Wednesday.

According to Rajendranagar Station Fire Officer T Jagan Mohan, a fire team from Rajendranagar Fire Station responded to an emergency call received at 4 am.

“A plastic warehouse in Tata Nagar caught fire. In order to douse the flames, teams from Chandulal Baradari, Gowliguda and Madhapur Fire Stations were called in,” he said.

It took nearly three hours to complete the fire operation, he said, adding that no casualties were reported.
