While celebrating the World Health day, a short video of forest bathing was released by World Economic Forum, which grabbed a lot of attention. 

Along with World Health Day this video of forest bathing is still trending on Facebook. For those unaware of what forest bathing is all about, it is simply the act of going and spending time amidst the greenery and allowing nature to heal you within.
