A food festival of Kebabs, Parathas and Biryani is being organised by The Promenade – a multi-cuisine restaurant at Hotel Aditya Park, Ameerpet, to give a delightful experience through the fusion cuisine. The 10-day festival started on February 20 and will go on till February 28.Master Chef ‘Srinivas’ has carefully crafted the menu, including a wide variety of Kebabs, Parathas and Biryanis.

It offers dinner buffet with different varieties of Parathas prepared in live counters such as Aloo paratha, Paneer Paratha, plain paratha, Keema Paratha, and Anda Paratha are served along with Veg Hyderabadi Biryani, Ulavacharu Biryani, Soya Biryani for vegetarians and for non-vegetarians Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Kolkata Biryani, Chicken 65 Biryani, Chilli Prawn Biryani and so on from various parts of the Indian sub-Continent.

The food festival also showcases an array of exotic Kebabs like Mutton Shami Kebab, Peas Tikka Kebab, Zafrani Seekh Kebab for non-vegetarians and for vegetarians Malai Broccoli, Bharwan Aloo, Achari Paneer Tikka, etc.
