The upcoming year is packed with some exciting news and developments in the digital space. One of the major developments has to do with Walt Disney coming up with its very own streaming service.
And guess what! This streaming service now has a name. It is called Disnep+ and it is scheduled to launch in the USA in 2019. And the news doesn’t end here; along with the new branding, the company has also announced two major shows that will be hitting the service.
A second Star Wars spin-off will see Diego Luna reprise his role as Cassian Andor, set before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story , and Disney confirmed the previously rumoured Loki series that will see fan-favourite Tom Hiddleston star once again as the iconic Marvel villain. Those shows will join already announced projects like ’Jon Favreaus The Mandalorian, as well as shows based on Monsters Inc. and High School Musical.
