Kashyam and warm water

Sunitha explained that besides regular medication provided by the hospital staff for any symptoms, she consumed ‘Kashayam’ prepared with ginger, cinnamon, elaichi and cloves thrice everyday. She also suggested consumption of only warm water preferably a pinch of turmeric throughout the day. “We also should gargle with warm water and use steam inhalation at regular intervals,” she said.
