Harish Rao inaugurates free coaching for police jobs in Siddipet

Siddipet: Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao on Thursday advised aspirants of police recruitment examination to spend at least six hours a day on studies to crack the examination and land a job.

Addressing the aspirants after inaugurating a 70-day coaching programme being offered by Siddipet Police at Teacher Training Institute in Siddipet, the Minister asked them to focus on studies during the 70 days since the State government would be releasing multiple notifications for recruitment of over 20,000 police personnel in various categories.

Siddipet Police, led by Commissioner D Joel Davis, has been offering coaching at divisional level in Siddipet, Gajwel and Husnabad. Coaching at the rest of the two divisions has commenced at the respective headquarters.

The Minister thanked Joel Davis and Collector P Venkatrami Reddy for providing quality training to the aspirants within a short time. Rao hailed the Commissioner for his commitment in identifying eligible youth through screening tests within a short period of his appointment.

The Commissioner called upon the students to keep away from WhatsApp, Facebook, smartphones, movies and friends and focus on studies. He said that they have roped in faculty from noted coaching institute Bhagya Kiran Coaching Institute, Hyderabad to impart quality coaching.
