Health Minister Laxma Reddy renders services to raise funds

Health Minister, Dr. C. Laxma Reddy rendering his services as a doctor to a few patients on Saturday, as part of the efforts to raise funds for the upcoming TRS Formation Day and public meeting to be held in Warangal on April 27. MD, Yashoda Hospitals, Dr. G. S. Rao handed over a cheque of Rs five lakh to Health Minister as part of rendering his services at the hospital.

Hyderabad: The Health Minster, Dr C. Laxma Reddy on Saturday rendered his services as a physician for an hour at Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda to raise funds for the upcoming public meeting of TRS in Warangal on Thursday.

During an hour of work at the hospital, the Health Minister changed bandage for a patient Gopal from Hyderabad and wheeled him into the ICU on a stretcher. Later, he also checked BP of another patient Lakshmamma from Warangal in the hospital’s outpatient wing.

“The suggestion made by our Chief Minister, K. Chandrasekhar Rao to work as a coolie and raise funds for the TRS foundation day is noble. I am happy to contribute for the cause,” he said during a brief interaction with press persons.

Managing Director, Yashoda Hospitals Group, Dr G.S.Rao and other senior hospital staff handed over a cheque worth for Rs. 5 Lakhs for services he has rendered at the Hospital.
