Hyderabad CMR faculty gets PhD degree

Associate professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), CMR Technical Campus, Hyderabad, Sudhamani Chilakala has been awarded PhD degree for her research work.

CMRTC director Dr A Raji Reddy said that she has completed the thesis titled ‘Performance of Cooperative Spectrum Sensing in Cognitive Radio Networks’ from Acharya Nagarjuna University. She worked under the guidance of Dr M Satya Sai Ram.

The work is useful for identifying the unutilised spectrum; it can be utilised by cellular users for improving coverage and capacity and used in Satellite and Military Communication Applications.

CMR Group chairman, Ch Gopal Reddy, Prof G Srikanth (HoD – ECE), Dr K Srujan Raju (HoD – CSE), staff members congratulated Sudhamani Chilakala for getting a doctorate degree.
