Hyderabad: Third-year engineering student from GITAM Deemed to be University, Shivali Johri Srivastava along with her parents have jointly secured sixth Guinness World Record for the largest display of 6,132 inflated origami citrus fruits.

According to a statement from GITAM, Shivali Johri Srivastava, who is pursuing Computer Science at GITAM, along with her parents Kavita Johri Srivastava, Anil Srivastava inflated 6,132 origami lemons by inflating them and later spinning them. 

Earlier, they secured five Guinness World Records for the largest display of 1,251 different handmade paper dolls, 7,011 uniquely quilled flowers, handmade paper quilled dolls of 2,111 different ones, nearly 3,501 origami whales and 2,100 origami penguins.

GITAM, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. N. Siva Prasad, Resident Director, DVVSR Varma, School of Technology, Principal Prof. Ch. Sanjay, School of Science, Principal, Prof G. A.
