Hyderabad: Isha Foundation is offering a short training course to enable Yoga enthusiasts to become ‘Yoga Veera’ wherein individuals will be trained to offer Upa Yoga to others. The short term course is being held in the background of the upcoming International Day of Yoga on June 21.

According to Isha Foundation, Yoga Veera is a volunteer who is willing to touch many more lives with a simple set of practices, which will be taught during the short term course. As part of popularising and teaching Yoga, last year the Foundation during World Yoga Day had trained Upa Yoga to nearly three lakh individuals in India.

After the short term course, individuals will be able to offer Upa Yoga training sessions in English as well as in Telugu. The Foundation has urged people to attend the training sessions even if they had attended a similar session earlier. The training requires certain preparation of two hours through online module and an in-person training session at the local centre. To register: http://bit.ly/idy19apt
