To celebrate the spirit of the Ramzan and create a gastronomic experience like no other for their patrons, Novotel Hyderabad Airport organised a well thought-out evening of culinary trail called ‘Ramzan Food walk’.
The hotel curated a one-of-its-kind experience which introduced guests to the history, culture, and food of the city during Ramzan. Participants were welcomed with a lavish breakfast at the hotel on May 10 and later visited Shilparamam, to experience the rural set-up and give them a feel of ethnic Indian village amidst a busy city life. Later, a special Ramzan dinner and chefs table comprising special fare of Ramzan was organised. The next day started with a sumptuous breakfast at Herb Garden at the hotel.
A customised booklet was also given to everyone which gave them more information about the culture and wisdom of the city. The food walk started in the evening and covered a wide range of places across the Old City, with everyone savouring different varieties of Ramzan food.
