Karimnagar student dies of cardiac arrest in USA

Hyderabad: A youngster from Karimnagar who was pursuing his studies in the United States passed away after a cardiac arrest on Wednesday.

According to information reaching here, Ittireddy Bhargav Reddy from Karimnagar suffered a cardiac arrest and breathed his last at the Hennepin County Medical Centre in Minneapolis in the US.

Reddy had recently moved to Minneapolis to start his career after graduating from the University of North Texas. The death came as a shock for his relatives and friends, and to help the family, an online crowd funding campaign on the gofundme portal was started by Reddy’s friend Nikhil Yeredla.

The campaign collected almost $ 40,000 out of a target of $ 1,00,000 in just 15 hours. As many as 1,262 people donated for the family of Reddy, who was known for his positive outlook towards life, according to his friends.

Reddy’s friends in the US are coordinating with his family members, local organizations and officials to send the body to India for the final rites.
