Nizamabad: In united Andhra Pradesh, leaders enjoyed their positions but did not do anything to change lives of people, now Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is striving for the betterment of the people, said Mission Bhagiratha Vice-Chairman Vemula Prashanth Reddy.
Nearly 50 Congress and BJP senior leaders, and their followers from Bada Bheemgal and Pallikonda villages joined TRS on Friday, in the presence of Mission Bhagiratha Vice-Chairman.
Congress leader ex-MPTC Pasula Muthenna, ex-Sarpanch Degavath Muthenna, senior leaders Palle Venkat Goud, Rachakonda Shankar Goud, Mallesh, Chittari Ashok, Kalleda Gangadhar, Gundla Mohan, Ranjeeth and BJP leaders S Nadipi Gangahdar, Pallikonda society directors Laxman, Lokai Gangaram, G Balaiah and others joined TRS.
Reddy said people of this area had full confidence in the leadership of Rao. He said earlier Bheemgal area farmers were facing difficulty over irrigation water, but now TRS government was taking measure and completing all the pending projects so that farmers get sufficient water for irrigation.
In this programme Bheemgal Mandal TRS party president Gunveer Reddy, district leaders Sharma Naik, Chengal Sarpanch Mahesh, Bada Bheemgal Sarpanch Puppala Rejeshwar and other TRS party leaders were present.
