Latest beds availability position in Govt and private hospitals in TS

In Government hospitals and private teaching hospitals combined, there are 17, 867 vacant beds

Hyderabad: The availability of beds for Covid-19 positive patients in Government, private teaching hospitals and corporate hospitals in Telangana State has continued to remain healthy, according to the bed occupancy position in the State health bulletin on Tuesday.

In Government hospitals and private teaching hospitals combined, there are 17, 867 vacant beds while there are 5907 vacant beds available in only State-run Government hospitals across the State. The total number of beds available in corporate hospitals across the State is 2509.

Beds in Government hospitals and private teaching hospitals (combined)

Isolation beds: 12, 284 (available) 720 (occupied) 11, 564  (vacant)

Oxygen Beds: 5861 (available) 1, 438  (occupied) 4, 423  (vacant)

ICU beds: 2, 251 (available) 371 (occupied) 1880  (vacant)

Total: 20, 396 (available) 2, 529 (occupied) 17, 867 (vacant)

Beds in only Government Hospitals:

Regular isolation beds: 2522 (Total); 720 (Occupied); 1802 (Vacant)

Beds with Oxygen supply: 4663 (total); 1438 (Occupied); 3225 (vacant)

ICU beds with ventilators: 1251 (total); 371 (Occupied); 880 (vacant)

Total: 8436 (total); 2529 (occupied); 5907  (vacant)

Beds in private hospitals:

Regular isolation beds: 2865  (Total); 1634  (Occupied); 1219   (Vacant)

Beds with Oxygen supply: 2593  (total); 1792 (Occupied); 801  (vacant)

ICU beds with ventilators: 1295 (total); 806 (Occupied); 489 (vacant)

Total: 6753  (total); 4244  (occupied); 2509 (vacant).
