Warangal Urban: As per the directions of the State government, District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu along with Wardhannapet MLA Aruri Ramesh has distributed the masks to the people aged above 70 years and those who are suffering from chronic diseases at Gunturpally village of Hasanparthy mandal in the district on Monday.

They have participated in the special sanitation drive at the village. Speaking on the occasion, Collector said that the government had decided to distribute two masks to each person above 70 years and people suffering from B.P. Diabetes, Thalassemia, Cancer and other chronic diseases.

A total of 1, 59,678 people would be provided with 3, 19,356 masks in the district and directed the Sarpanches and Panchayat Secretaries to take steps to distribute the masks.
