Minster gifts laptops to meritorious students of TTWREIS

Hyderabad: Students of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society who secured admission into IITs, NITs and other prestigious institutions of higher learning in the last academic year have been provided with laptops.

Tribal Welfare Minister Azmeera Chandulal presented the laptops to the meritorious students and also announced cash incentive of Rs 50,000 for them, here on Wednesday.

He reiterated, “No poor student in the Telangana should feel left out while pursuing higher studies.”

He congratulated the TTWREIS Secretary RS Praveen Kumar; Additional Secretary Naveen Nicholas, and the staff for striving in promoting high academic standards and producing toppers in competitive exams for admissions into IITs, NITs, and AIIMS.
