Dr Rithvik Ryaka’s initiative ‘3D Karuna Mission’ which was featured in the book ‘The Vision of Antyodaya’ not only got laurels but also an invitation by the Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu who felicitated the visionary. The book, which was published by the Indian Social Responsibility Network with the support of Ministry of Culture, was unveiled recently by the Vice-President.
Dr Rithvik’s initiative was selected after several rounds of screening of over numerous initiatives across India. Through his motivational speeches at schools, communities, and colleges, he addresses and interacts with the students and gives them the required clarity on various life skills. He is an ex-Teach For India intern and a Multi-Skill Certified Trainer from Dr Reddy’s Foundation where he worked full-time, training PWDs on core employability skills.

Popularly known as India’s ‘Dr Motivation’ and ‘Unsung Hero’ for his unique 20 principles of ‘Life & Academics’ across the globe, he has been motivating scores of people with his articles and unique customised workshops.
Since 2014, he has impacted over 1 lakh youth, including Government school students and thousands of college students and young professionals. His speeches inspired many and made them take initiative to conduct workshops and spread awareness through teaching.
