Medak: Collector K Dharma Reddy has clarified that there is no need for an aspiring MPTC or ZPTC to be a voter or citizen of the mandal from where he is contesting.

The Collector further informed that they could enroll as voter in any mandal in rural parts of the district. He added that those who enrolled as voters under Municipality, were not eligible to contest as MPTCs and ZPTCs.
