New Zealand PM accorded ceremonial welcome

New Zealand Prime Minister John Key was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Wednesday.

New Delhi: New Zealand Prime Minister John Key was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Wednesday.

President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi received Key on Wednesday.
He later inspected a ceremonial guard of honour at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.

Minister of State for External Affairs, M.J. Akbar later called on Key, ahead of the formal talks between the two countries.

Key arrived in New Delhi on on Tuesday a a three-day state visit.
