Nizamabad Collector launches World Telugu Conference office

Nizamabad district Collector inaugurating special office for World Telugu Conference at District Library.

Nizamabad: Nizamabad district Collector A Ravinder Reddy inaugurated the World Telugu Conference office at the District Library here on Saturday.

He said that that ‘World Telugu Conference’ would be held from 1st December to 10th December in Hyderabad.

The office at the District Library would create awareness among the people about Telugu conferences and Telugu language, and famous writers and their write-ups, various types of Telugu dialects, prose and poetry, through language experts.

They would also conduct essay writing and debate competitions at schools and colleges and send the winners to the State level competitions, which would be held at Hyderabad.

Collector suggested the language experts, Telugu teachers and officials to make poets, writers and intellectuals as partner in these World Telugu Conferences.

Telangana University Telugu Associate Professor Dr Triveni, Nizamabad RDO Vinod Kumar, I&PR DD Md Murtaza, poets Kasarla Naresh, Sudhakar and District Library Secretary Narsimhulu participated on the occasion.
