Hyderabad: Seema Nichawala, a professor of Engineering under Parul University is on an educational tour to University of Poznan, Poland as part of the Erasmus+ mobility, an European Union programme, designed to support education through providing a global platform for knowledge sharing and quality enhancement.
Prof. Nichawala will be undergoing various training sessions as well as conducting sessions regarding her field including sharing the scope of India education. Having such sessions will go a long way in widening the India-Europe relations and creating more avenues for international cooperation, a press release said.
“This opportunity has been eye opening, it has broadened my entire scope of education by adding more value to my way of thinking” said Seema. The scope of her visit is not only limited to the University of Poznan but goes on to include interactions with various engineering companies to create opportunities for students studying in PU.
Her stay in Poland also presented her an opportunity to lecture the students on the subject of construction material and present the Indian perspective of the concept.
Dr Preeti Nair Director of International Relations said “being part of such a world renowned European Union project for the benefit of our students is by all means a great tool for the educational development of India. We will continue to create such avenues”.
