Peddapalli: Ryot’s son scores highest in MPC

Shashidhar Reddy, who intends to become a software engineer, set a record by getting first place in Intermediate 2019 results announced on Thursday.

Karimnagar: Nalla Shashidhar Reddy, son of a farmer, secured the highest marks in Intermediate, obtaining 993 marks in the MPC stream.

Shashidhar Reddy, who intends to become a software engineer, set a record by getting first place in Intermediate 2019 results announced on Thursday. The boy, who got 467 marks out of total 470, strived hard to secure the top marks in second year.

A native of Itharajupalli village, Sultanabad mandal of Peddapalli district, he studied Intermediate in Alphorse junior college in Karimnagar. Shashidhar Reddy, who completed his primary schooling in Sultanabad, pursued high school from Vidhyadari High School in Karimnagar.

Elder son of Malla Reddy and Sujatha, he aspires to fulfill the dream of his parents to achieve a good position. While Malla Reddy sweats out in his four acres land to run the family, Sujatha helps her husband in agricultural fields. Second son of the couple, Sathvik is studying in Class V.

Speaking to Telangana Today, Shashidhar Reddy said he got highest marks because of the cooperation by his lecturers and parents. With a view to get highest marks in second year, he studied 12 hours every day. “I am more interested in software profession. I will join a software company after completing engineering. Later, I will prepare for UPSC examination”, he said.
