Hyderabad: Double century by skipper Rahul V Shah (251) and century by MA Hingrajia (115) led Gujarat to a commanding 364-run first-innings lead as Hyderabad slumped further following their batting collapse on the second day of the Col CK Nayudu Trophy under-23 match at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium, Surat on Tuesday.

Gujarat declared their first innings at 543/5 in 118 overs after Raul completing the 250-run-mark. Gujarat skipper hit 24 fours and one shot over the fence in his 348-ball knock while Hingrajia scored 12 boundaries in his 194-ball knock to take Gujarat into a strong position. Hyderabad in their second innings were 0/0 from 2 overs at stumps as Mickil’s men have an enduring task in hand with two day’s to play.
