Mancherial: Peddapalli MP Balka Suman said that results of polls to recognised union of SCCL proved that conspiracies of Opposition parties were spoiled by coal miners. He asserted that workers of the coal major reposed faith on K Chandrasekhar Rao. He termed that securing nine out of 11 Areas was a historical victory.

Suman along with TBGKS president Venkat Rao and MLA N Diwakar Rao addressed media here on Friday. He expressed gratitude to coal miners for casting their votes to Telangana Boggu Ghani Karmika Sangham (TBGKS), an affiliate of TRS. He conveyed special thanks to workers of Srirampur Area for helping the union to win by achieving a highest margin.

“Trade unions AITUC, INTUC and TNTUC, affiliates of different political parties, unethically joined together in the polls. They hatched constipation to defeat TBGKS, as per directions of Telugu Desam Party’s supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu. But, coal miners taught a lesson to the unions by casting their votes in favor of TRS-affiliate,” he observed.

The Parliamentarian asserted that Opposition parties had spread falsehood against TBGKS and efforts of State government by approaching courts in every issue. Their leaders campaigned against the government. However, the miners extended their support to Rao. Both parties and unions would be thrashed by people if they continue to go against activities of the government, he cautioned.

Suman further informed that Rao would fulfill all his promises made at the time of hustings. The process of providing jobs to dependents of coal miners was already begun. TRS supremo is the savior of workers of SCCL. He assured that steps would be taken to eradicate corruption among leaders and to address any problem of the employees in future.

Venkat Rao and Diwakar Rao also thanked miners for helping the union to continue its winning streak in the polls. They opined that promises of Rao instilled confidence among the voters. They stated that the Chief Minister would strive hard for realizing long pending dreams of the workers and would fulfill all his assurances.
