Hyderabad: Number three batsman Shreyas Vala (83) and wicket-keeper batsman Pragnay Reddy (83) scored gritty half-centuries while Hyderabad lost five wickets for 35 runs in the final session to finish Day One at 294/8 against Vidarbha in the four-day Col CK Nayudu Trophy U-23 match at Gymkhana Cricket Ground on Friday.
