Participating for the very first time at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2017, Manohar Chiluveru thinks it’s a good opportunity for him and the State as well. The artist from Hyderabad is known for his large-scale live painting events, sculptures and public installations.
“It’s a great opportunity for me to showcase my work in the summit and I hope such initiatives continue to grow and lead the city to globally flourish even in the art field,” says Manohar.
As part of the summit, this year he will put up around three to four installations. Some of them include abstract sculptures revolving around women — showing the multiple talents of women by breaking stereotypes. Then, he will also put up a deer sculpture, which will be the second largest deer sculpture in the world, as a symbol of good luck for the summit.
The artist is currently working on his projects — which requires him to travel to 24 cities on the globe in three editions in the next three years. The idea is to collaborate with local artists and develop his work.
“Since I have my projects that are yet to be showcased, GES will be a good starter to introduce people to what my work is all about,” adds Manohar.
