Students briefed on C-Vigil App in Warangal

Nodal officer SVEEP and DFO Warangal Rural K Purushotham asked the students to avail the the toll free number 1950 to enquire about their voter enrolment and the status.

Warangal Rural: A workshop on C-Vigil App was organised by the district election authorities at the Government Degree College (GDC), Narsampet, in the district on Thursday.

While Principal Lt Dr B Chandramouli presided over the programme, Joint Collector M Manu Chowdary attended the programme as the chief guest. Manu Chowdary clarified doubts raised by students on voter awareness and C-VIGIL App. He asked the youth to exercise their franchise and become responsible citizens. He explained about the functioning of the EVMs, VVPATs and the procedure of election and the issues.

Principal B Chandramouli asked the students to exercise their franchise without fail and not to get influenced by the gifts, money, liquor and other things. Vice Principal T Ramesh, IQAC Coordinator Dr A Srinath, Dr  J Lakan Singh, Dr T Sumathi, Dr Lakan Singh, Poornachander, Horticulture Officer, R. Srinivas Rao,  and others were present on the occasion.
