Hyderabad: Students of Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology have designed and developed innovative equipments that promise to aid in the fight against coronavirus.

The equipments developed included a smart vaporised disinfector cave, pedal driven sanitiser, drone sanitiser and money cure while few more concepts were being planned such as automatic hand sanitiser, thermal screening devices, robotic campus disinfectors.

While the vaporised disinfector cave provides mist-based vaporiser disinfectant which could be installed at public places with a capacity of 10 persons in 1 minute, the pedal driven sanitiser includes sanitiser liquid spray using pedal driven mechanism without any skin contact, a press release said.

To quickly disinfect outdoors, the students have come up with a drone sanitiser that functions through radio frequency operation in entire campus by spraying the disinfectant and money cure is an equipment which sterilises and disinfects the currency notes and coins using Far UV rays, the release added.
