Tandoori Chicken is a dish that is universally loved by everyone. Spicy and tasty, this dish tops the list of foodies.
But, do you know what ingredients are used in making this yummy dish, or who invented it? The credit goes to Kundan Lal Gujral, a Punjabi. He invented the recipe of Tandoori chicken at his restaurant Moti Mahal Delux in Delhi. He initially set up the restaurant in Peshawar region but after Partition, he moved to Delhi where he established the food joint which became popular, thanks to his recipes.
Besides Dal Makhani, he also invented Butter Chicken and many other chicken recipes.
