Telangana: BJP names 38 candidates in first list

All the five ex-MLAs of the party in the recently dissolved Assembly figure in the first list. Also finding place in the list is the party MLC N Ramachander Rao.

Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday announced its first list of 38 candidates for the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections in the State. The names were announced by the party leadership after a meeting of the party’s national executive attended by party president Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi.

All the five ex-MLAs of the party in the recently dissolved Assembly figure in the first list. Also finding place in the list is the party MLC N Ramachander Rao.
