Telangana: Eight persons killed in two separate road accidents in Medak

The incident occurred when the devotees, natives of Pasalwadi village of Sangareddy Mandal, were returning home after offering prayers to the presiding deity.

Telangana: Eight persons killed in two separate road accidents in Medak

Medak: While five devotees of Sri Vana Durga Bhavani Temple, Edupayala located in Papannapet Mandal were killed when a DCM vehicle they were travelling in hit an RTC bus on Medak to Sangaipet road.

The incident occurred when the devotees, natives of Pasalwadi village of Sangareddy Mandal, were returning home after offering prayers to the presiding deity.

The names of victims were not yet identified. Several passengers of RTC bus have sustained injuries in the accident. The victims were rushed to Government Hospital, Medak.

Three died at Narsingi:

Three persons were killed in a road accident at Narsingi Mandal headquarters in Medak district as a Maruti van hit a stationary lorry in the small hours of Tuesday.

The victims, natives of Kamareddy district, were heading back home after giving a send off to a relative at Shamshabad Airport. The deceased were identified as Driver Krishna, Erevani Krishna and Anji.
