Telugu youngster dies in the US

According to posts by friends and relatives on his Facebook profile, Venkatesh, a native of Vijayawada, had passed away after he suffered a severe cardiac arrest.

Hyderabad: A 28-year-old software professional, Venkatesh Veeravalli, died after a cardiac arrest in New Jersey in the United States.

According to posts by friends and relatives on his Facebook profile, Venkatesh, a native of Vijayawada, had passed away after he suffered a severe cardiac arrest in his apartment in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife.

Venkatesh was working as a solution engineer with software firm Collibra since July last year, after having worked as a middleware consultant with SUEZ and other firms earlier. He had secured a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Prior to going to the US about five years ago, he had worked as a system engineer with Infosys in Chennai as well.

Friends in New Jersey have posted that they were working out the logistics of bringing his body back to India, while the body would be kept for public viewing at the Hindu Funerals of America, LLC, 75 Woodbridge Ave., Highland Park, NJ from 6 pm to 8pm on Monday.
