Thinking beyond thirst

Water purification brand Livpure Private Limited has come up with the concept of #CuttingPaani, much like the popular ‘cutting chai’, which, by definition, is “half a cup of tea, which is less in quantity and price but just enough to refresh your senses”.

The feeling of gulping down water when the summer’s heat gets the better of us is indeed inexplicable. But, the gratitude often lasts only as long as our thirst is quenched. However, here is a campaign, that prompts us to think beyond our thirst.

Water purification brand Livpure Private Limited has come up with the concept of #CuttingPaani, much like the popular ‘cutting chai’, which, by definition, is “half a cup of tea, which is less in quantity and price but just enough to refresh your senses”.

The three ad films that have been released — each set in an office, café and home — raises a relevant point; Agar pyaas cutting ki hui, toh full glass kyun? Bacha huya paani koi aur pee lega! It urges us to save drinking water by pouring only half a glass, if that’s all that we are going to drink, instead of wasting. You can always have more if you’re thirsty. The brand had come up with #FinishYourGlass campaign in 2017, urging people to drink adequate amount of water to improve health.
