Hyderabad: Elan & nvision 2020, the three-day technical and cultural extravaganza of Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, began here on Friday.
Nrityanjali, a classic solo dance competition with Tejaswini Manogna- Miss Earth India 2018 being the judge, was held as part of the fest.
Technical workshops ranging from artificial intelligence and ethical hacking to blockchain, AR and VR and python programming were conducted and students from all over the city took part.
An AI & ML 24-hour hackathon by Honeywell also took off along with India film project’s film-making workshop and the 24 hour film-making contest.
In paper presentation, students from different backgrounds presented their research work through proficient papers from the fields of science and engineering.
The day one of the fest closed with crowd grooving to the soulful performance by The Yellow Diary, a Mumbai-based alternative rock ban, according to a press release. Telangana Today is media partner for Elan & nvision.
