Visakhapatnam: A galaxy of leaders who include Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu, AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Union Ministers Suresh Prabhu, P Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Choudary, besides Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani will attend the inaugural function of the third CII Partnership Summit to be held here from February 24 to 26.
Informing this to media persons here on Monday, HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that nearly 2,000 delegates from 18 countries like Korea, Japan, Sri Lanka, Mynnmar, Bngladesh and United Arab Emirates would take part in the Summit which is expected to attract about 150 per cent more investments than in the past.
He said that during the last two Summits as many as 876 MoUs for investments to the tune of Rs.10.97 lakh crore and employment to 14.96 lakh were reached. Some of them were under implementation while efforts were on to get as many projects as possible grounded. The minister also revealed that the inauguration of the Koyo motor company which is under construction in Anantapur would also be performed on the final day of the Summit.
