Hyderabad: A two-day hackathon for technology aspirants called Tech2Hire is being planned in the Hyderabad and has received 10,000 entries so far. Out of this 150 will be chosen for a preliminary round and 45 for the subsequent final round to be held on April 20 and 21. The hackathon is poised to create career opportunities for tech aspirants and the winners will not only be rewarded with cash prizes and goodies, but they will also win spot job offers, said Astha Mathur, associate COO, Techolution which is organising the hackathon.

“Tech2Hire is a one-off opportunity for all those who want to change their careers in one shot. Through this, Techolution plans to acquire and nurture top-notch talent in the technological landscape while consistently cultivating its community engagement initiatives,” said Mathur.

In this 18 hour Hackathon spread over two days, working professionals from emerging and promising technological domains such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and mobile app development will be considered.
