The Promenade — a multi-cuisine restaurant at Hotel Aditya Park, Ameerpet, is organising ‘Telangana Ruchulu’, a Telangana Food Festival starting from June 1 to 10 during dinner from 7 pm to 10:30 pm. The specially-designed food festival is a delightful experience through the heartland of Telangana cuisine.
Master chef Aditya Reddy has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies of this region and offer a rich food experience of.
This 10-day festival offers dinner buffet (cyclic menu) on all days and special lunch buffet on the Telangana State Formation day (June 2), including different varieties of authentic dishes from various parts of the Telangana region.
The menu offers a tempting array of delectable vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as Thuntikoora boti, Thalkaya koora, Naatu kodi koora, Yaata koora and many more in non-veg dishes along with veg delicacies such as Bachala koora, Vankaya pulusu, Puntikoora chana dal, Pappu charu and Pachi pulusu, besides local breads such as Jowar ki roti.
The buffet is priced at at Rs 650 plus taxes per person.
