Visakhapatnam: Uttarandhra Charcha Vedika will launch the Janaghosha programme for the development of north Andhra, from Monday, said former Minister and Vedika convener Konathala Ramakrishna.

He said that the programme aims to create awareness on burning issues like separate railway zone for Andhra Pradesh with Visakhapatnam as headquarters, package for development of north Andhra and implementation of all aspects in the AP Reorganisation Act, he said.

“I will tour all three districts of north Andhra–Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam, visit schools, colleges and educational institutions, besides government offices to impress upon everyone on the need to bring pressure on the Centre to achieve our demands,” he said.
