Chasing sequences, hunting in the wild, stunt shows and a host of activities at Bollywood parks will leave you asking for more. Home to cinematic rides and attractions, visitors here get to experience the innovative themes based on Bollywood hits like Don, Lagaan, Sholay, Krrish and RA.One through immersive 3D and 4D experiences, live performances and hot sets based on the Dabangg, Rock On and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

If the Mumbai Chowk, which has a 3D immersive tunnel ride called ‘Don The Chase’ incorporated with a high-speed car chase, the interactive track‐bound dark ride called ‘Sholay The Hunt for Gabbar Singh’ with 3D projection, themed show scenes, and 4D effects. To make it more livelier, witness the action at the ‘Dabangg Stunt Spectacular’ show.

Just when you get content with Bollywood theme-based entertainment, step into ‘Motiongate’, which is the largest Hollywood-inspired theme park in the Middle East. Featuring 27 thrilling key rides and attractions inspired by 13 of Hollywood’s live action and animated films, Motiongate is an action destination.

After all the roller coaster rides and action-packed entertainment, walk into the ‘Legoland’, a place where children are assured of best times. With 40 interactive rides, and shows, the most attractive zone is Miniland where you witness 15,000 Lego model structures.

Using 20 million Lego bricks, this is a place where Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the tallest Lego model of a building in the world, features. It is home to several such structures, including the Taj Mahal and others across the world.

Dubai is also home to the world’s largest indoor theme park – the ‘IMG Worlds of Adventure’. The park offers five zones: Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure, IMG Boulevard and The Haunted Hotel spread over 1.5 million square feet.

It is not just about games here as the park has thrill rides, kiddie rides, 28 original food and beverage offerings, 25 retail outlets and a 12-screen state-of-the-art ‘Novo Cinema’ multiplex with an IMAX screen and three VIP theatres under its roof.

After checking out the first-ever ‘Ben 10’ 5D cinema, which screens an exclusive 10-minute 3D movie, try the ‘Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure’ zone which is home to over 69 state-of-the-art animatronic dinosaurs. There is an external coaster ‘The Velociraptor’, which propels guests to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and it is the tallest and fastest roller coaster in Dubai.

While you’re there, make sure you get into the ‘Haunted Hotel’ where guests negotiate a maze of corridors and encountering all sorts of scary characters against a ghoulish backdrop. A word of caution: this place is not for the weak-hearted and entry is for guests aged 15 years and above.
