The United States has reached agreement with Russia and Ukraine to ensure safe navigation, eliminate the use of force, and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea, the White House said on Tuesday.

When asked about Prime Minister Modi's visit to Ukraine during the ongoing war, Dujarric stated, "We've seen many heads of state and government visit the region, and we hope that these visits will contribute to ending the conflict in accordance with General Assembly resolutions, international law, and territorial integrity."
