The Telangana High Court on Monday directed its Registry to number the State government’s appeal against a single judge’s interim stay on Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes. The Division Bench cleared the way for the appeal to be heard on Tuesday.
The Telangana High Court has suspended a single judge’s order that had set aside Group-1 Mains results and directed revaluation. The Division Bench allowed the Telangana Public Service Commission to proceed with recruitments, subject to the final outcome of writ appeals.
The Judge was dealing with a Writ Petition filed by K. Ramesh and others challenging the action of the State government in allotting about 48 acres of petitioners' land to a goshala.
